Samuel Gassmann X Parsons school Paris - May 2018

The Institut National des Métiers d'Art (INMA) and Parsons Paris - The New School joined forces to organise an art project that brought together, for the first time, international fashion design students and Parisian artisans.

Under the artistic direction of Maurizio Galante and Tal Lancman, the students had the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the rare know-how of French art craftsmen and to create a piece for their graduation collection.
The project brought together 10 final-year students and 9 art professionals commissioned by INMA, who combined tradition, craftsmanship and innovation to design contemporary pieces exhibited in Paris and New York.

Samuel Gassmann worked alongside Anjali Devjani to create three unique pieces for her graduation show.
